We’re looking for a Content/Social Marketing Manager to develop compelling content our audience is looking for and how to optimize the path to conversion at the lowest possible cost. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of current content marketing collateral and strategies, a positive attitude, a tireless work ethic and an insatiable appetite to grow. You have strong managerial skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, energetic environment while striving to meet high goals.

You also reside within a reasonable distance of our Downtown Denver, Colorado office.


  • Digital Content Development — In collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager, develop compelling digital content, landing pages and email nurture campaigns designed to drive Website traffic, traffic-to-trial conversions and trial-to-sales conversions. Measure and optimize programs on a regular and ongoing basis.
  • Website Optimization and Redesign — Redesign and optimize the Nimble Website to optimize flow and communicate value to our core constituents; oversee migration to new platform.
  • Blog Management — Develop the editorial calendar and engaging content to deliver engagement, sign-ups and leads at the lowest possible cost. Editorial requirements include a basic SEO understanding; content categorization and structure; and content development, distribution and measurement.
  • Social Media Channel Management — Cultivate an engaged Nimble community and help transform our social media channels into a lead gen channel. Responsibilities include content creation and scheduling, proactive, social listening and community management.- Report on program approaches and results


  • 3~5 Years Work Experience in similar position(s)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Strategic Mindset and ability to play a key role in growing the business via all channels of communication
  • Excellent writer and and editor — You have the ability to tell stories that resonate with audiences, and  educate other writers on how to do the same.
  • Extensive Social Media and Community Management experience — You have the experience and know-how of managing social media and communities for brands, from strategy and marketing, to engaging with users and building relationships
  • Excellent Project Management Skills — You're excellent multi-tasker, accustomed to delivering in a fast paced environment, and have proven skills and judgement when juggling multiple requests and prioritizing where your time is best spent.
  • Proficient in SEO fundamentals 
  • Experience with Content Marketing Stacks — Big plus if you have experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Suite, Jira, Trello and Confluence
  • Team Management — You have experience managing content and social media teams; in-house, remote and freelancers. This includes development of social media and content marketing processes and guidelines.
  • Production Skills — You’re effective in a fast paced environment, and know how to get things done. You're not afraid to jump in and get your hands dirty
